Track and file contracts, purchase agreements, and other project-related documents. Perform data entry into accounting and estimating programs. Serve as a backup for answering phones and directing calls as needed. Manage correspondence with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff. Assist with general administrative support in estimating and contract administration. Provide support to other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned

This role is vital in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient communication, and smooth coordination between project stakeholders.
