Responsibility

1st shift, 8am – 4:30pm. Document control: receive and open mail, scan, copy, file paperwork. Audit documents against policies, providing notice to customers and to DMV as set by company procedure. Updating software for each transaction:. Communicating electronically internally & externally. Transitioning deals from start to finish. Check writing. Contact customers to notify of errors, missing documents and due dates. Prepping for filing. Filling out required forms for each state as required. Some accounting knowledge is a plus to accurately verify fee''s. Help out the shipping department with outgoing, incoming shipments and creating labels. Access company data for printing paperwork. Answer phones. Any other task required to facilitate the movement of paperwork from client to DMV and back to end customer
