Responsibility

Establish and maintain files and records. Answer telephone and handle walk-in inquiries. Arrange and handle details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings and appointments. Deal discreetly with confidential information. Interact with internal and/or external customers to provide information, assist in solving problems and answer questions
