Responsibility

You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office by providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to the success of our team. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, including coordinating calendars, sending reminders, and making necessary arrangements. Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing as needed. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reimbursement processing. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of records. Provide general administrative support to team members as needed, including data entry, scanning, and filing

Your Profile • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Experience with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines, preferred. • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices is a plus.
