Your duties will include reviewing account information and correcting errors, creating invoices, and other administrative tasks. Processing and accurately recording transactions. Maintaining detailed records of payments and account statuses. Sending reminders regarding overdue payments. Researching any account discrepancies and taking appropriate action for resolution. Creating accurate and informative reports. Collaborating with other departments to gather additional information, ensure accounts are up-to-date, and develop repayment plans. Communicating with clients regarding the payments on their accounts
