JOB DESCRIPTION Accounting Admin - 100% Paid Employee Insurance - Great Job for New Grad - Up to $60k Base - Onsite Brentwood My client, a leader in the banking industry, is seeking an Accounting Admin. This company has amazing benefits (100% paid employee benefits, 401k match, Fridays in July off, plus 3 weeks of PTO), and work/life balance. They love to reward their employees and like to have fun. This role is located onsite off the interstate in Brentwood but does not go into crazy Maryland Farms traffic. 90% accounting and 10% admin work. Up to $60k base with discretional bonus. Responsibilities of the Accounting Admin: • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties in QuickBooks. • Manage outgoing bills and invoices. • Prepare and send invoices to customers. • Post payments to accounts. • Reconcile reports. • 10% of the role is administrative, including signing for packages, helping stock the fridge, answering light phone calls, assisting with setting up lunch meetings, etc. Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Admin: • Bachelor Degree in any field • Personality and professionalism are more important than accounting skills. • QuickBooks experience is preferred not required. • Ability to work onsite M-F in Brentwood (not Maryland Farms) • Ok being in the office alone for periods of time. #INAPR2024 #INMAY2024 #LI-RB1
