We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines financial and administrative responsibilities, supporting the smooth operation of the company by maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential administrative support. Accounting Duties. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing monthly financial reports. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Assist in payroll processing and manage employee expense reimbursements. Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Administrative Duties. Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized office environment. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Provide administrative support to team members and management as needed
