Responsibility

Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining great working relationships with our clients and handling their day-to-day business needs. Oversee client accounts, provide exemplary and personal service to a variety of customers. Assist in order processing, leveraging several different digital platforms. Control effective communications for your accounts by acting as a liaison between your customer and the warehouse operations team. Communication of inbound/outbound demand and special customer needs. Working with ITS’ Fleet and Freight Brokerage to better serve your customers. Providing consistent and professional communication with clients regarding the status of their orders or special projects. Understand and act in accordance with client contracts, perform basic billing and auditing. Create and maintain documented standard operating procedures specific to your clients
