Responsibility

The Account Representative's job is all about bringing in sales and creating opportunities with different customer types. This involves building lasting relationships with customers, managing their expectations, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Part of this role also involves educating customers about Motion Industries' products through technical presentations. Secures prospective clients by establishing rapport, conducting cold calls, studying various lists and sites on the internet. Routinely communicates in-person with clients to cultivate strong bonds and ensure their happiness. Shows proficiency in understanding complex customer requirements in order to create personalized quotes. Performs impressive sales presentations and confirms the fulfillment of technical requisites. Aids in the resolution of customer issues by performing on-location troubleshooting. Collaborates with vendors and deploys their resources to boost sales performance. Undertakes any other duties that may be assigned. Enhances the financial standing by acquiring new business opportunities and maximizing the potential of established accounts
