Responsibility

The right individual will be empowered to develop long-term relationships and maintain partnerships with the customer. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory. Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers. Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales. Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions. Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events. Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales

BIEG plumbing is currently seeking a Business Development Representative professional to expand our customer base in the greater St Lois area. This position requires previous outside business to business sales experience along with demonstrated success cold calling in the industrial and commercial environment. We are looking for an energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual to develop and maintain new customers for commercial and industrial HVAC service, products, and solutions. The right individual will be empowered to develop long-term relationships and maintain partnerships with the customer. Existing HVAC sales experience and plumbing is a plus and will be considered. This position is salaried along with a lucrative commission structure, with an income potential of over six figures for those who have the desire and drive to succeed.
