We are currently looking for experienced, hardworking and compassionate Healthcare Professionals to join us and help bridge the staffing gap in all aspects of the healthcare system. We offer PRN, Contract and permanent positions. Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Start Date: 9/23/2024 Duration: 13 weeks Location: Mesa, AZ, 85206 Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12 Shift Notes: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/the client is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility On-Call Requirements: On-call schedule to be determined by facility COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Flu vaccination - REQUIRED EFFECTIVE 9/16 **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes** Traveler Policy: No candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will be considered - please include a copy in the submission • UPDATED ASSIGNMENT TERMS FOR ALL STARTS ON OR AFTER 4/23/2023*** • Learning modules must be completed before the start of the assignment. • Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment. • Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days' written notice without penalty. • Please note that the client Assesses a 2% payment discount fee and a 2% technology fee on all transactions. • The client will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days. • PLEASE NOTE, The client HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY** The client has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in. This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open/close quickly! This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all requests noted in the highlights section. • Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. • All RTO should be listed on the cover page and must be less than 7 days. • RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of the assignment. • All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission. • If interested in “any” location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.) • All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission. • All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page. • All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept. • Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available. Submission Requirements • Minimum 24 months of current PCU experience - REQUIRED • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission - MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED • No Nursy Hits - REQUIRED* • Travel experience - Preferred Profile Requirements • The client's Cover Page completely filled out • Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old) • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) • Certifications (must be active at the time of submission) • Driver's License Certification Requirements • ACLS (AHA) • BLS (AHA) State License Requirements • Arizona Compact Allowed Additional License Requirements • Must have an active license at the time of submission t-52412 Mobile Health Team, Inc is a workforce solutions company.
