Responsibility
As an AV Specialist, you will be tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems in a corporate setting. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and presentation capabilities within the organization. Design and implement enterprise-class audiovisual communication systems according to business needs. Set up, configure and ensure the correct functioning of audiovisual equipment such as projectors, screens, microphones, sound systems, and video conferencing systems. Handle routine maintenance and inspections of AV equipment to ensure reliability and optimal performance. Swiftly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including audio and video problems, connectivity issues, and equipment malfunctions. Assist in the setup and coordination of video conferencing sessions, webinars, and virtual meetings. Manage audiovisual aspects of significant meetings such as board meetings, town halls, and executive presentations. Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Develop documentation and user guides for standard AV setups and configurations.
