You will working with a passionate & talented Food & Beverage team to drive excellence in guest experience and the overall success Grana Restaurant by delivering high standards in guest experience & colleague engagement while in alignment with the culture and values of Langham Hospitality Group. Greet and seat guest. Answer the telephone/take reservations/manage reservations. Stock Menus. Responsible for handling guest requests. Provide maximum levels of guest service while maintaining Langham standards. Ensure restaurant is clean at closing. Receiving take-out orders both in person and on the phone and making sure guest receive their orders. Assist server/busser/bartender as needed. Additional duties not mentioned above may also be requested by supervisor
