Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and find effective solutions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for customers. Responsibility

Responsibilities are characterized by a variety of administrative activities with minimal supervision that require the use of independent judgment, confidentiality, discretion, and time management skills. Some key elements of this position are to answering the AZPDES hotline and op cert phone lines, data entry, and maintaining electronic key performance indicator tracking, scheduling inspections, managing VSM calendar, records request management, and other administrative functions: e.g., mail, notes, and action items during meetings, travel arrangements, purchase orders

Washington St. Phoenix, AZ 85007 Posting Details: Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 Grade: 15 Closing Date: Open until filled (First review of resumes on Oct. 12) Job Summary: As the Administrative Assistant 2 supporting one of our Water Quality Division, Surface Water Protection Manager and staff, we will rely on you to be an ambitious, high-functioning administrative assistant who will provide a high level of administrative support to the Water Quality Division team. This position may be available for remote work within Arizona ( 1day per week in the office/hoteling).
