Responsibility

The Regional Manager of Sales (RMS) works to ensure financial growth and profitability in areas of new business, current client growth, equipment add-ons, and product sales, and supports marketing communications and client relations. The RMS reports to the Senior Regional Manager of Operations and works with ACP’s field leadership and executive leadership, and. Is accountable for developing new business opportunities and building same store sales. Promotes and sells company products and programs through direct customer contacts within an assigned geographic territory. Schedules sales calls and submits reports of sales activities and progress versus regional and corporate objectives. Identifies prospective customers, builds necessary relationships and presents the information necessary to introduce ACP’s programs. Analyzes industry, customer and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans. Coordinates sales communications and promotional activities within the region. Provides guidance and direction to other ACP employees in the areas of sales and marketing. Assists in development of sales/marketing tools and materials. Assists, as needed, in the retention of current partnerships. Ideal candidates will live within the assigned territory.
