Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our amazing team of friends + family that help us pick and pack online orders for our Shopify business! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of orders and the accurate handling of materials within our warehouse. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction through timely and precise order fulfillment. Duties • Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers. • Manage shipping and receiving tasks to ensure accurate inventory control. • Pick orders accurately according to specifications and prepare them for shipment. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Skills • Experience in warehouse operations (or willing to learn), including shipping and receiving processes. • Strong ability in materials handling with a focus on safety practices. • Capability to perform order picking efficiently while maintaining accuracy. • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
